    What should we eat ?

Remember in the good old days, when you got hungry, you ate something to satisfy the hunger, and just got on with your life.

Then potatoes were condemned along with meat and eggs, which are all now recommended again for a balanced diet.

It's currently carbs that are copping the flack and now I'm supposed to have a big fry up for brekky and chew garlic.

It's all very confusing these days ........ maybe they want us confused.

Not sure about the garlic, but I've lost close to 40kg by cutting out sugar and most carbs. Without going hungry, and without exercise.

Anything you want to, in moderation, over kill from SNAG's is doing more harm than good, keeps them in a job though,,,,

I'm with Richo on this, eat anything you like but try to stick to a proportion equivalent to the sector assigned in the pyramid of the five food groups.

Since Alcohol accounts for 99% of my sugar intake, it isn't going to happen

What that guy said. Also drop the bread, rice, potatoes.

Disclaimer: I had a large big Mac meal for dinner.
