reb I don't blame you. If you are forced to do something and it becomes a chore its not gonna be enjoyable....no matter how much
you loved it to begin with.

I picked up a copy of that 'Fresh' magazine from Woolies today and learned something quite interesting. Someone was asking for a
pavlova or meringue recipe using the liquid from a can of chickpeas. Apparently you can use that in place of eggs. Its called Aquafaba

I guess you're a foodie or vegan you would already know about this as well as a million other tips and tricks

edit to add... no pics .. its not a show and tell .. but .. I only used I punnet of Blueberries .. ditched the onion for finely sliced spring onion.. ditched the chicken stock, vinegar, sugar and cloves.. basically I ignored the recipe.. I warm the berries till they just bleed... stirred through some garlic, soy and hoisin and sprinkled with spring onion .. better than cherries with duck I say !

I had heard of aquafaba - had only heard of it as a use for a substitute for eggs in cakes tho - Had no idea about using it for meringue- That being said it does have its own subtle flavor so having a hard time imagining it as a real substitute in something like meringue - wouldnt the taste be slightly off or something?
If vape advocacy has taught me anything at all - then it is the fact that the average person has no power over their own destiny or bigger picture. Advocacy is about power, money, and recognition, made up of self proclaimed 'experts' in a field where none exist.
Stock up and vape/ snus on! Screw them!
