I have a mate that wants to get into vaping in Gladstone but due to bad arthritis won't use the internet as typing really creates problems pain wise for him. So I did a norti and went around copy pasta'ing bits and pieces from all over the web about vaping to print out so he could read. At 45 pages it's comprehensive but apparently he loved it. He approached me so I think 45 pages of copy/paste and the time it took is well worth worth helping an old friend who has smoked for over 30 years get off the stinkies.

He has had one of my spares (penguin) for a week now and not had 1 ciggy and the penguin is the perfect size for him to grasp without his arthritis kicking up the pain level.
    Well done!

I dunno - its funny but they say a key takeaway from the study is the "importance of bystander CPR" but I thought that a heavy meal, alcohol use, and a mistress seemed the main risk factors... its all in how ya look at it I guess lol

Bystanders? Dunno about you north islander folk, but us Taswegiens tend not to have many bystanders during or immediately after.
Also noted, I'm redoing my first aid cert next week.

Treading on Egg shells here to avoid the wrath of FM (and not the good kind with jelly) im staying vague.
    Tread carefully responders.

i had to laugh, all them no guys spend millions on TV, newspaper and radio ads.
Online media including youtube, twitter and facebook, home visits, mailbox spam and phone calls.

Mean while the other guys said little to nothing except defensive replies and they fkn won with 61.6%.
Just goes to show you dont need to spend ludicrous amounts of money or strong arm people if you have a valid point.

have you read about the cell project?

they did the human genome project, but never worked out why for eg a blue eye gene doesn't just grow a giant blue eye instead of two eyes appropriately placed in a human. Or how toe nail know to be toe nials out of the same building blocks as pubes etc

they are mapping every cell now, to learn that stuff
