TIL learned people are dumb, some aspire to be dumb.
I was at a bday party in town last night, went out for a vape and got accosted by some guy hacking his lungs up "man that shit (my vape) is bad for you" me, "did you see the thing on SBS last night?" him" yeah but I stopped watching after a bit" The conversation got a little heated after that, but he genuinely thought the first 5 minutes showed vaping worse than his Marlboro reds.

In other news, from the same spot, our next mayoral candidate is a vaper.

I think I learnt for the third time, that despite being an excellent candidate with impeccable experience, that the phrase, youre not a cultural fit means, we want someone younger we can pay less to

yep, i personally like the one "im sorry you have excellent skills but we think your over qualified for this job"
aka we only want to pay minimum wage to 16 year olds, but we cant say no to your application so we wasted your time.

Even better when they waste your time further with the second interview.

Today I randomly learned that ...

While I thought the suicide in the Hague courtroom was pretty epic and out of some adventure movie (Keep me out of the politics and reality I dont want to know anymore- but no matter which side you are on if any it was an epic thing to happen)
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/world...lord-The-Hague

This popped up about a gang of thieves who rob from moving vans

So while epicness for both sides good and evil is not dead- this guy is a bit sore and sorry after sliding down an escalator ramp

and this guy wants to do porn - which wouldnt probably be so terrible and nausea making if it was above board and he was actually the whole 19inches as advertised (not that it does him any good apparently) but because the truth is that he is a normal 7 inches and the rest is just foreskin meaning that it is essentially like tumor floating about between his legs - the thought of him makes me less wanna even watch any show he makes out of curiosity than it does make me wanna hurl for whoever he is with

Not that it really matters apparently the Kinsey report (not that I like them very much either for too long winded reasons here) a few years ago researched size in men and found that Gay men are more endowed than heterosexual men ?

We still dont know if the Pentagon has a UFO program - apparently the details are very sketchy and vague ... Dun ...dun...dun.... (Although I do vaguely recall reading somewhere a long time ago that thier UFO branch had in effect been sold off to some private company?)

Ordeals in history tho at times horrifying - are often in hindsight pretty interesting

So thats what I have been randomly learning -

well that and also why I prefer to do online shopping over walking into shops especially this time of year - hell even buying milk and bread this morning for bread and milk was an ordeal - with huge lines at the supermarket - let alone yesterday when I wandered all the way to bendigo to find shopping centers under stocked vs what they advertise in catalogs - The experience was a bit underwhelming... wont be making the same mistake next year and I am glad I bargain buy during the year online for xmas and I pity those who dont and have to rush -

((So thankyou vaping for teaching me how to online shop! Its made Xmas time a hell of alot easier )

today I learned that the best christmas wish came early with the news that our 25 year old son is out of hospital today after two long weeks recuperating from lung surgery and post op complications in an effort to stop his long term problem of spontaneous lung collapses. Although the surgery hasnt been a complete success as hoped and he may be requiring further surgery in the new year...he will be home with us for Christmas. We were planning to drive down and spend part of Christmas Day with him at the hospital, but now we will be lucky enough to have all 3 kids and their partners spending Christmas with us at home

Blimey I thought of myself as close to normal when the normal was classed 6 inches. I now feel a bit abnormal.
