    Easy Holiday Tucker..Whatcha Got..!!!

Here's my attempt..well..the beginning anyway. Spicy chicken wraps on the BBQ. Cheap as chips and fulla flavor. Marinate the yard bird, fry on hot plate along with thick capsicum slices and mild large chilli's, throw in a wrap and cover in chilli sauce and sour cream...Friggin MMMMMMMMMM......

Bought a couple of half priced IGA bbq chickens today - shredded em thinly, covered that in random strong herbs, spices, garlic and sauces with hot chilli and now they are sitting in the dehydrator being made into chicken jerky

Outside of that sick of cooking so bought pizza instead

"Oh, you canít help that," said the Cat: "weíre all mad here. Iím mad. Youíre mad."
"How do you know Iím mad?" said Alice.

All the talk of lasagne earlier was too much, so the bolognaise sauce is simmering down on the stove.

    Lol yup many times now..

Thing is that chicken jerky does not come out as soft as beef or pork and so behaves differently when you dehydrate it (its less fatty) - thats why if you do it it has to be very finely shredded and very strongly flavored - but everyone here likes it as a snack or as something to add to their 2 minute noodles instead of meat

If I have made it too tough then I just put it through the food processor and make fluff out of it - it all goes

Some people also make chicken jerky for their dogs - without flavor outside of maybe a little salt - but for that the chicken will need to be cut into strips (you can use breasts for that)

Its easy as - try it once and you will know what you need to do the next time
