Not me, it's those Mexicans complaining.

You never know, President Trumble might build a wall.

A South Aussie having a whine? Fab, it's what we do to break to monotony of sweating.

This is close to me but its a great venue - just $50 per night to hire it - no matter how many people. Its well looked after by local volunteers that leave you alone when you are there (although one or two might pop in for a beer)
its on the edge of the wombat forest and much bushier than the photos portray ( those must be really old pics) . There are dams in the forest behind for those that like to fish or go Yabbying.
It has a great kitchen and the hall has good heating along with showers and flushing loos.
Plenty of space for camping and its ok to have fires (outside of bushfire season)
its just off the M8 highway - 10 mins I think and then just another 20 mins into Daylesford (which just happens to be the home of a pretty cool vape store )

    Just putting it out there

Good one AllyP. It looks ideal for a knees up. Plenty of good spots around there and between here and there as well. I've met Steve & Stacey, a while ago at V V. My wife was on hols in Daylesford a few years back and Mike Oldfields' brother Terry was playing there that night, I had to work.
    Bloody work.
I'm just waiting for more of us intrepid Vic types to chuck a hat in the ring.

I have pm'd a few people and hope that I haven't invaded too many personal spaces in doing so. If anyone knows of anybody else here, please invade their space and let them know of the cunning plan!
Guarantee that the poor unfortunates that live elsewhere, like, say, Bora Bora or Wagga Wagga or Mitta Mitta or Gin Gin, Walla Walla, Mia Mia, Woy Woy and Double Bay or Rin Tin Tin, will have their ears aflame.
Maybe they could be too busy fisting fissures.

Sounds good to me, however being a shift worker I would need to know a date well in advance. Im about 50 minutes from Swan Hill on the NSW side. Travelling isnt an issue for me.

Great SubyXV! FM is on your route maybe? There will be plenty of notice for all and compromise is there to be had.
