Red face What's on the Menu?

Some of you - who got to know me a little better now - know that my biggest passion is food. I think this is what lead me to seek out the worlds best flavors in regards to eliquid to start with.

I used to manage several restaurants in the past and spend most of my evenings cooking meals - from fresh ingredients - whatever is in season - and on offer.

The best recipes - from my experience - are those old family favorites and the things that make it on our plates over and over again - the ones that require no recipe book but simply passion and care.

    So I am asking YOU!

    What's for dinner tonight?

    Sounds delicious!

    "Rustic Spiced Kale Chips"
    "Cime Di Rapa e oriechette"
"Quail with Kumera Mash & Aspargus"

    That's my Saturday night....

Used to be me counting the stamps from the nightclubs the next day...

Damn - I am getting old and domesticated...

We buy what's on special and what is in season.

I try to make something special on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. The rest of the week it's all time favorites and I always make an extra couple of plates for lunch.

YUM! I don't make soup very often but that sounds beautiful!

Do you add any herbs? Coriander? Do you serve it with bread or just on its own?
