    .1ml Mixer seems good and simple. Very similar to the one I've been using for a bit e-Liquid Calculator :: New recipe - Just depends what layout you like I guess, and if you want measurements in drops as well. The calculator linked on ECF looks nice and thorough! Will have to try it out.

    Maybe this will make it all better.
    The other does not install on win7 vm for me even after updating .net . A quirky on install process. I'm not going to install gigabytes of updates on a vm I hardly use.
