When i was recently in the uk i picked up a bottle of 'monkeys sweet '

TPA Ripe Banana is very good, but it needs a long steep to mellow and become more "ripe".

TPA Bavarian Cream gives the creamy finish and exhale.

The sweet biscuit is the hard bit for me. I have a recipe that uses graham cracker but it's not overly sweet. You never know, it might hit the spot for you so here's the recipe we were playing with about three years ago:

    Myrany's Banana Cream Pie

Note that this was half strength compared to Myrany's original recipe. It was plenty strong enough for me and still is, but don't be afraid to double everything if you want the Myrany original LOL

Edit: oh and if you find a sweet biscuit concentrate you like, you could substitute it for the graham cracker.

Any advice for adding some brown sugar or cotton candy/EM..... and a touch of caramel fab?

Maybe 1% brown sugar or CC/EM
    1.5% caramel

You mean like TPA brown sugar. Yes, don't add too much, and try it without first. It will work well with the banana, but too much could make it sickly or change the flavour too much.
