only thing likely is the Nic content has lowered slightly.
If it's PG based it's highly unlikely to go off and honestly if it say's best before instead of use by the date means nothing as far as safety goes

If it's a choice between vaping it or buying a pack of Benson & Hedges, I'd go with the nic. As above, at worst it may have lost a bit of strength.

Over the course of human history, lots of scientists have used themselves as test subjects in their own experiments. Some well-known examples are Marie and Pierre Curie, who famously routinely exposed themselves to radiation (and suffered the consequences for the rest of their lives).

It's eLiquid..... Just pretend it's milk, if it's bad then get rid of it

Vape away. ECF has a few chemists, all agree it just loses strength.

Some disagreement on what broken down nic becomes. Some say it breaks down into contanine, which is an alkaloid that helps the body ingest nicotine.

I once found a bottle of non niced juice that had been on my shelf for about 2 years. Hmmm...think I is it still good. I nicked it and gave a taste. It was beautiful. I mix my own juice now and the longest I have kept nic'd juice has been 18 mths and as long as it is stored in a cool place and out of sunlight I have never had an issue.
