Where do I match ingredients to find recipes?

So... I have cheesecake with graham crust, vanilla bean ice-cream, strawberry ripe, Bavarian cream, graham cracker, malted milk, French vanilla deluxe, sweet cream, banana cream and cinnamon sugar cookies (today's delivery... all TFA)
I also have colonel custard, of course, as well as a handful of DIY concentrates...
Recipe ideas come from where, exactly? I don't have much experience with commercial flavours, so I don't know what to try... and I don't want to just waste my concentrates.
I can't find the website now, but I remember seeing a site a while back where you put in your flavour stash and it matches recipes. Do you know of such a thing?

With those ingredients I would suggest the following as a starter:

    7% v.b ice cream
    3% banana cream
    2% graham cracker

    Steep for 1 week.

I shall prepare a bottle of this and call it VV Juice. Cheers.

Does VV Juice have an actual name? I have 30ml steeping... it needs a label. Happy to go with Vicious Vapes... but it probably has a subtitle.

The flavours mentioned DO sound like they'll work nicely together...
