    The Mouth To Lung Thread.

I think we need this, though correct me if I'm wrong. Somewhere for those inclined and newcomers who need help to discuss what's available and what is suitable (and not) for us. By all means post a review or you favourite tank. Try and keep it on topic though humour is good, but please no nastiness.

Any tricks on making DL stuff work for us is good too! Bad experiences as well so we all don't make the same mistakes/decisions.

Couple of discussion points to consider.

What makes a tank mouth to lung
    Links to techniques
How to adjust mouth to lung tanks.
What happens if you try to Vape a Direct to lung tank with a mouth to lung technique

How to coil for MTL flavour vaping.

Benefits of mouth to lung vaping

Eliquid ratios that work best for various MTL tanks

Old style vs new style tanks from a MTL perspective and the mods needed to fire them.

Thanks Criss, so many great subjects here rather than me just prattling on about tanks I like and now I don't know where to start. I am sure there are so many more here that are much more knowledgeable than me.

What I look for in a mouth to lung tank.

Some back story, I take small 2-3 second vapes so I need a coil with instantaneous fire and zero ramp up speed. My choice is to use a 32g wire coiled at 1.8 - 2.0 ohms. I prefer to use NR-R-NR coils in a horizontal build so that I do not have to worry about the leg length impacting my ohm readings and that the airflow travels around the coil to give me flavour. The tank chimneys are narrow to compress the vapour and as I don't like the taste of cotton, all my wicks are rayon. I Vape mints and menthols so wattage settings are at 8-9W with a high PG to sharpen the TH 70% PG

Tanks that suit my style have limited airflow, allow a horizontal coil build and use coil head I can rebuild to my specs. Coil heads with large air gaps in the pins do not suit.

after a while i worked out i prefer MTL and tried a few different devices and
came up with 2 that work for me

firstly the little joyetech ego AIO using the 0.6Ohm coil was great
then i got the cuboid mini and found that it is perfect for me using
the RBA that came with it and rebuilding it with the pre-made
0.6ohm coils from fastech running at 30 watts in the cuboid mini

I have tried both with the various coils available for them but in
the end the rba rebuild is great for me.

I also make up my own mix at home and find the best for me is 70% pg - 30% vg
@24mg flavoured up with regular tobacco @6%

    Finally a thread for MTLngers!

Kayfun line has been my favorite, Kayfun v5 with MTL kit is my daily vape now.

I've recently bought Squape Xdream and i dont think it's for us, or maybe its just me being a total noob.

With Single coil deck, 1.1 ohm coil, air flow almost shuts but the vaping experience is not good.
