Traveling to Japan, Hong kong and Thailand

Can some of you guys give me some tips that I need to know when bringing my vape gear with me?

I just need some info on batteries and amount of juice I can bring to those countries listed above.

Any tips on vape shops or what not could be good too!

    Cheers!

    Japan, HK, not an issue.
    Thailand is where its banned.
However, unlike Singapore, thailand's ban is sort of a joke.
You'll see people vaping on the street (at more hipster areas..Rod Fai Train market etc..).
You can even find b&m stores selling vape gear in thailand.
I wouldnt worry too much about thailand's ban. If you are indeed super super super unlucky, they'll give u an on-the-spot fine at the most.
Never heard it happen before though.

Can't speak for HK but been to both Thailand and Japan and vaped without issue.

In Japan be prepared to vape with the smokers, at least during the day. The outdoor areas are ok as you can stand on the fringes but a couple of places I went to had enclosed, poorly ventilated areas which after a quick walk in walk out of the first one I never ventured near again.

Thailand, no one gives a shit as long as you're spending your cash.
Midrange is a TONE...not a 'drink driving' trophy... please help explain that to the kids.....

The stupid part of Singapore is it's ok to vape in the airport (at least it was last time I was there) but go outside and it's illegal.

    Yes. Thats right.
If you are within the airport area (i.e. have not passed through customs..), there are several smoking areas etc in the transit areas that you can vape in.
Taking it out of the customs clearance area is a different story though.

I've brought in about 5 bottles of 100mls in a handcarry.
    No issues/questions asked.
Alternatively, if you've got more, just check them in.

100ml bottles usually but check with the airline and/or airport security. I've heard that some airlines have 50ml limits - I think it was one of the middle east ones. It can change too, depending on what the perceived threat level is. (For a while after 9/11 and London you weren't allowed any liquids at all).

Best to find out before you try to get on the plane...
