I usually have those eclipse mints around the house or in the car (mostly because I'm more conscious of my breath since quitting the smokes) but I haven't had any around the last couple of days. Failing that I'm gonna dive head first into some coffee beans.

I have found Nilstat the best for vapers tongue, only takes a couple of uses but works a treat (nilstat is mainly used for babies oral thrush).

I was given advice from Minnaz on how to cure vapours tongue.

Vape a really strong mouth blaster liquid.

I bought some G2 Vapour Shocker which is a really strong anise vape. I only vape it when I find that flavours are starting to taste like crap no matter what I vape from. I would recommend this.

I found that vaping menthol for a few days helped, even now every now and then I vape menthol for a day then go back to my preferred flavours

I've been doing this for a while now, and drinking a tablespoon of Braggs cloudy unpasturized apple cinder vinegar, available at all health food and vitamin stores, every morning as part of a liver cleansing diet.
    It works.
I now dilute my flavors and can still taste them.

What's happened to my taste buds?
If you're genuinely concerned that you've damaged your taste buds or olfactory perception see your GP... doctor google hasn't graduated from internet university yet.

It's normal, maybe you need some time to get through it, one point that you need to notice is your flavors, you can try to change the flavors and check if it's ok with other ones.
