    EJuice calculation help please

    Hi guys

Should be able to work this out by now but it's doing my head in and the usual calculator doesn't seem to work because it assumes I know the final ml of my mix.

I have 60 ml of 0 nic juice max VG. I want to increase the nic to 6mg. I have 100mg nic at 100% PG. how much nic do I add to get the total nic strength to 6mg?

    Thanks

If my formula's right, you'll need 3.83ml of nic

    Existing vol (EV)= 60
    Desired Strength (DS) = 6
    Existing Strength (ES) = 0
    Base Strength (BS) = 100

Based on this formula: EV x (DS-ES)/(BS-DS)
    So 60 x (6-0) / (100-6) = 3.83

    0.6ml per 10ml gives you 6mg/ml

So 3.6ml will give you close to 6mg/ml in 60ml

That's the quick and easy way to remember.....

    EJuice calculation help please

    That'll be 3.82ml of 100mg/ml of Nic

There's helpful info on this thread

    Adding nicotine to RTV liquids
Edit: stolen from Fab4 post lol

    30ml RTV, 100mg/ml nicotine base
raise to; add ; Final nic concentration
    3mg/ml ; 0.9ml; 2.91mg/ml
    6mg/ml ; 1.9ml; 5.96mg/ml
    12mg/ml; 4.1ml; 12.02mg/ml
    18mg/ml; 6.6ml; 18.03mg/ml
    24mg/ml; 9.4ml; 23.86mg/ml

    10ml RTV, 100mg/ml nicotine base
raise to; add ; Final nic concentration
    3mg/ml ; 0.3ml; 2.91mg/ml
    6mg/ml ; 0.6ml; 5.66mg/ml
    12mg/ml; 1.4ml; 12.28mg/ml
    18mg/ml; 2.2ml; 18.03mg/ml
    24mg/ml; 3.1ml; 23.66mg/ml

I just double the 30ml for 6mg/ml to get your 60ml 6mg/ml so 3.8ml should get you there

When i use to buy 0 nic e-liquids i use to calculate like:
Amount of liquid desired strength / 100
    So in this case:
    606/100 = 3.6
    This worked for me
