    Sometimes to get a bit more flavour i put my thumb nail over the bottom of the air hole while vaping.

    You could try and find a Zen tight draw cap. Replaces the standard cap and has a smaller air hole. But they are a little hard to come by.

    I don't think he makes them anymore so you would have to trawl ECF and VW forum classifieds. It's actually called a Zen Stiff Draw cap

    You could remove a blade from a disposable razor, bend it but dont fold it and insert it in to the cap.
    It will try to open back up and hold itself against the side of the cap.
    You can then move it side to side and use the holes in the razor and open or close the zen airhole.

    +1.....simple and works - you can get some 1mm or 1.2mm drill bits of ebay for about $5, they are sometimes called jewelrey drill bits as they are not readily available in most hardware stores, and the J-B Weld, which is a 2 part liquid steel/epoxy resin is about $15 on ebay as well.

    Here I am pimping Jaycar again, this kit is $12.95;

    "20 Piece Micro Drill Set 0.3 - 1.6mmt 0.3 - 1.6mm
    20 micro drills in indexing storage case, ideal for drilling wood, composites, plastic or soft metals. Indexed case enables removal of the bit you want without the risk of spilling them all over the place, because if you do, dang they'll be hard to find later!Sizes: 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8, 0.85, 0.9, 0.95, 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.6mm
    Case size: 130(L) x 70(H) x 8(D)mm"

    JB Weld, then drill each size going up until you are happy. Go to far, use another micro blob of JB Weld and re-do until one size less than last time.

    I stuffed a wire into the hole then stripped the wire leaving the sleeve inside.
    Pic showing the sleeve in the air hole.

    edit: there's less vapour now. for those that are looking for a large amount of vapour, a big air hole is what you need!
