Telescopic centre pin for Gus mods to replace springs

    Hi All,

Just in case anyone was looking to replace the centre pin/spring connectors on the gus mods you can buy the GP Paps version 2.1 telescopic pin from vapourart for 5.5 eur plus postage, and they fit. I was noticing some voltage drop, firing inconsistency on my 14500 gus, and while you can use some workarounds like a SS screw or magnet, I prefer to have a more long term adjustable fix so this worked well, and has definately improved voltage loss and firing consistency from the original pin/spring set up.

yeah pretty happy with it - works better than the magnet i was using. Only downside is you dont have the added safety of the spring collapsing is you have a major short but with good IMR batteries and vent holes I am not worried. Its made my hellfire mini and gus 14500 my preffered out and about mod, even though the 14500 battery life is a bit crap. Starting to like the button, as having to screw the lock on and off every time I use it stops me chain vaping like an idiot as well

The Silverdog in puppy mode and precise 18350/gbell are not far behind though.
