    Exclamation Smoktech RSST Threading Issues

Beware of the RSST guys. I bought 3 of them and only 1 would thread onto any device I have.

The others suffer from the same issue as my AC9, seems to grab the first thread but won't go any further.

I've tried on my GP Paps v2.1 and Smoktech Natural.

    Here are some related threads:

    RSST won't thread onto Provari

Heh, beware of the new 6mL Smoktech ULOCK carto tank if you use a Provari. The locking nut sqeezes down flush with the connection blocking ALL airflow. And on the eVic, the locking nut prevents full connection, and doesnt seem to recognise that it has an atomizer attached.

I'm starting to understand why Juicewhore are getting rid of all their smoktech inventory.

It doesn't look too bad without the locking nut on a Provari if you dont mind seeing the thread, but without it, it defeats the whole purpose of the new feature.

Contacted Smok. Seems they already know of the issue and will send out bottom replacements now. It amazes me why they just didn't do it originally but then again nothing surprises me with the Chinese anymore.

These RSST don't fit on 510 connections
[1:10:13 PM] *SmokTech: ah, i see
[1:10:18 PM] *SmokTech: problem with the contact
    [1:10:30 PM] *SmokTech: how many?
[1:10:45 PM] *SmokTech: we need to replace you with the bottom part
[1:10:58 PM] *SmokTech: so that it could work with those 510 thread batteries
[1:12:03 PM] Brian Eter: oh my < -- edited, i actually said something else which is NSFW

Kinda glad I had to take it out of my cart on the last order now. Although after trying cobras finally I suspect there'll be another order coming your way once you get the replacements.

Stop getting in new and interesting things I want too damnit. It's wreaking havoc with my aquisition disorder.
