Going to give cartos another chance, need some direction.

    Hey crowd,

My first ever vapemail came with two smoktech carto tanks. One I farked up and dry burnt and it tasted like plastic and the other I filled after watching a video and it it couldn't be drawn on it was as full as a fat schoolgirl's sock. I gave up and threw them both in the bin. I decided then I hated them. Now I want to give them another chance.

I want to get a decent XL Version 2 glass tank from here: Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks

It states I can use these cartos in them:
    Boge XL
    Dual Coil Cartos
    Fusion XL
    The Resurector
    IKV KR-808
    CE2r5
    Royalsmokers CE2 XL
    Kanger 510 Cartomizers 3.5 ml
And any other like size or taller carto will fit as well!

Firstly, should I give them another try? I really like RBAs and RDAs and BCCs. They do it for me. Will a carto do it for me like these do?

Secondly, which of the cartos listed above would you consider the best one? I have a heap of mods so the driving device isn't an issue.

I obviously need to get a carto punch as well so I can tailor my cartos to my style or liking, correct?

Any other help, feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Juz.

Simplistic view ,,,,no, the flavors is muted, but that's= was just for me, everyone is different, it just seem "weak" in all areas going back and trying a carto.

Oh, and I dont mean your "weak" by going back, what I meant was the vaping experience as a whole felt weak to me when I re tried cartos, it just didn't have the body of flavor/throat hit that i have with rebuildables, but ever ones is different, as long as it keeps you off the coffin nails give it a try mate,

Ritcho hit the nail on the head right there Juzm. After tasting your juice in a silica/mesh setup and then going back to a stock boge catro your juice ends up tasting nothing like it was when it was in a silca/mesh setup.

i'd give them a go. for a trouble free carto to fill using the condom method and no dry hits, I recommend the slotted vks from vapeking. until I tried them, I really didn't like cartos at all.

I dont have a huge experince with the RBA's etc, but after getting a lill dripper and then going back to carto tanks, the flavour is more muted, not terrible but you tell the difference, so i can imagine it would be a much bigger change from RBA,RDA's. If your still wanting to try carto's again, the ease of priming and just filling a tank and go, the boges XL and VapeKing VKS Slotted XL's are pretty good performers.

Boges XL and VapeKing VKS Slotted XL's as DishD suggested, clearos are ok I guess ( HI JAS!!!) but bugger all size for storing liquid in, plus they brake way to easy (from what I remember, but I'm not delicate with my gear), what ever you use, caros, clearos, tanks, rebuildables, drippers, the end result is what works for YOU, always remember that.

Great advice Richo! as long as you stay off the stinkies and stick with the new stardusts you should have no problems!
