    Could be wrong but if it screws on the outside of an ego it's and ego thread. The 510 is the small thread around the battery terminal.

    That's what I believe as well.
    Anything with notches for air flow down the bottom is a 510 thread. If it was ego thread (the larger dia outer threads on the battery), it would need air holes on the side above the threads to get air in.
    510 thread clearos screw onto the inner smaller thread, so airflow is just from side notches cut out, or smaller inner holes.
    Edit: Forgot the OP question, CE4 is 510 thread going by what I know.

    they have both dont they? the 510 in the middle and the ego on the outside?

    Ego batteries have both threads, clearos don't, it's one or the other for them.

    nah, stardusts have 510 threading. the skirt is just to look pretty on an ego battery. far as I know, the only things that have ego threading are the kanger clearos ... t2, t3, protank etc.

    Hmmmm. I'm defiantly using a stardust. It definitely has ego threading.
