    Smok Pyrex Carto Tanks

    Simple question hopefully.
We have a few of these, think we got them initially from ECMS with our SIDs.
Nice unit, remove the 50pt font SMOK logo and I'd like em more.

Anyways, the question is, a few of them have compressed orings and now, even though with the cartor tightly screwed in, they spin freely.
I'd like to replace the o-ring, but considering these are internal o-rings without the same latitude of stretching to fit like most outside o-rings, I'd prefer an exact measurement, or even better, a source of replacements.

*I got a big box of commas for FD and have to use em up,,,,,,,,.

I have no idea how to help with this, however, I have this concern with all my carto tanks. When it's time to change out the internal o-rings, I'm at a loss as to where to source them, what sizes to look for, let alone how to actually swap them over. Bottom ones not so urgent, but definitely the top ones on many, which have the odd shave from refilling.

    So, I bump.

I know this is an old thread and we fixed the issue in between but did you see that fasttech are now stocking general orings for tanks and clearos.

Now they stock them when I have a million somewhere in the vast postal void.

I noticed that XX, for the price with free shipping its hard not to grab a set of 50 of each size for the vapetoolroom.

Go see a bearing supplier, Mr G, they deal in seals and O rings and will be able to get you just about any size you need.

I did find them at a local place but they wanted a couple of dollars for 10. It was the principal.

In my local area, english is frequently a 2nd or 3rd language. Many conversations for bits (for later adaption) start with "Huh? What do you use this for?"

Thereafter follows a conversion where I explain what I want rather than the typical intended purpose of the item. You wouldn't believe the conversations I had last week trying to buy 5 min araldite.
    "G'day, got any araldite?"
    "What?"
    "Araldite, it's a 2 part epoxy"
    "What?"
"Araldite, it's a 2 part epoxy glue that sets in 5 minutes, comes 2 tubes generally"
    Wwwwhhhhaaaaattt?"
    "Glue, got any"
    "What?"
    "GLUE"
    "Yes" points to superglue
"No, not that sort, what I want is bigger and sets slower, gap fills and not cyanoanything"
    "What?"
    "Bigger Glue"

20 minutes later, move to next shop.
After 10 shops, I refined the technique to simply "G'dayhowyagoin'gotnearalidite orjustslapmenowandsaveusbothtime!?"

I have a great contact at local Bunnings.

Conversation went something like this (imagine a lot of hand gesturing and waving)
I'm looking for one of those yellow scrapper doovers. You know you used to be able to buy them everywhere.

Oh yes madam over here in aisle 20 but its cheaper in the kitchen gadget aisle.

    Woohoo thanks that's perfect $2
