Cheap and good setup for a newbie?

So, I'm trying to convince a mate to switch over to vaping, however, I've been really out of touch with vw/vv devices, evod batteries, clearos etc and need your advice on what's cheap and good out there.

He's on a college budget and does not have much to spare so please don't recommend something expensive.

    Thanks in advance!

Personally, id set him up with an ego twist and a boge f16. Trouble free leak free and decent looking. Or throw him in the deep end and get him a mech mod with a kayfun

I'm pretty new myself and a vision spinner with a pro tank or pro tank mini is a winner I reckon.

I think the ego-C twist is a great battery for newbies and if you're looking for a cheap clearo the Kanger EVOD isn't a bad way too go.

I usually try and steer people towards a vamo and a protank its an easy coil change the vamo gives them a few buttons to play with so they feel they are in control and they are always happy : )

My biggest fear is that I might die and my missus will sell my vape gear for what I told her it cost

    Hi Fudgey,

Mate I would recommend a Vision Spinner either a Fatboy 1300 MAh or 1000 VV if size is an issue. The EVOD BCC or TS3 BCC for a bigger tank. The Evod's are a great all rounder for taste and have an acceptable form factor (small enough) however, they require a lot more filling. The TS3 tanks hold 2.8 ml compared to Evod's 1.6 ml.

Good luck on helping your friend live longer.

I like that statement about he's on a college budget. Cost is subjective but, I find that ironic how that could be an issue when a pack of smokes can cost up to $25, in a 24 hour store (no names). Two packs of cigs could get him a Battery and 3-4 tanks postage included locally or even cheaper if he goes shopping online from some on-line China stores.

Im sure Fudgey, you could help him out with some juice until his budget cycle re-starts.
