    why the dropping resistance??

the last 3 vks slotted cartos I've used have all been acting strangely. they are dropping resistance to the point where my vamo comes up with a low ohms warning. why are they doing this? I don't get it. the one i'm using now started out at 2.2 ohms this morning and is now down to 1.4 ohms. the last one dropped down as low as 1.1 ohms before I binned it and that was after less than 24 hours of use.

Do you may be want to check them in different ohm checker to find out if not vamo was doing this?

kay, what juice are you using? If its one that will deposit lots of crap onto the coil, the resistance will tend to drop as the crap builds up? Thats my take on it anyway!!!

As prokchop mentioned, check the resistance on another unit if possible.

Tend to get a drop in resistance as the coils gets gunkier on my 306's... could be the same issue?

Are you using dark sugary juices?

just pulled out the evic and it's telling me it's down to 1.4 ohms as well. my juice is vapeking peach doubler mixed at 1:3 (maybe a bit less, cos I've added a few ml of vg so perhaps closer to 1:4) plus around 3% sweetener. it's colourless. could it be the sweetener doing it?

Kay its going to be a process of elimination at this point. Try another juice or remix without the sweetener. My guess the sweetener??

okies. I will mix some without the sweetener and see how it goes. but i'll use the last of the sweetened juice on the evic to eliminate the vamo as a factor. let the detective work begin!
