    Ribbon Kanthal sellers

Hey guys, I've been contemplating on buying some Ribbon D Kanthal that I've found on ebay but I'm not sure if it's the one I want so just came here for some questions.

I've found some Ribbon D and some Ribbon A, which should I be getting?
In terms of size, the 0.8mm x 0.1mm is equivalent to 28 gauge right?
Are there any local sellers or cheap OS sellers for Ribbon Kanthal? I've found only 1 on ebay that's 0.8mm x 0.1mm that ships to Australia at ~$10 for 15 meters.

Oh also, is there much of a difference between Kanthal and the same resistance Ribbon Kanthal; Taste and vapour wise? I know there's more surface area but is there a noticeable difference?

Much easier to wrap and adjust versus normal kanthal, however microcoils are kanthals trump card. I found that I could get much more vapor etc out of my genny with ribbon as a result.

Vapeking has started selling ribbon kanthal if that helps.

If only VK were selling 0.8mm, I'd buy some right-the-hell-now. Literally. Goddamn 0.5mm everywhere. Does nobody sub-ohm gennies anymore or something? Pffft.

But yeah - 0.8mm is about equiv to 28awg.

I'd go the A... but the lack of it around means I'd settle for the D.

D is slightly lower temp rated, but also slightly lower resistance than A, which is why I prefer it.
    Vaping since July 2012.

    ^ That.

It's not a huge difference in temperature (1400 / 1350 degrees or so from memory). Really, either would be fine to make coils with.

Truth be told, I just wanted to make a bad double entendre .

And, as awesome as Vapesphere is, and how CRAZY INSANELY fast they ship, they don't have 0.8mm ribbon kanthal (only 0.3mm and 0.5mm). And they have a habit of being so popular they run out of stock pretty often.

I think I'm be going the ebay route for 0.8mm (thanks for the link, btw - all the sellers I've seen so far have had insane shipping prices). I needs me a SPOOOOOOOOL.
