I Killed my TMax. I Killed it Dead

After a couple of false starts, thinking I'd got the girl going again, she simply failed to fire at all.

The display lit u p and did its little Sigelei dance when the battery was connected, but that didn't translate to the connector.
When it first stopped working, I took it apart, and turned the bottom connector into the body a little further. I'd also ensured the earth spring was touching properly.
Yay, she fired up and I had some lovely vape time again.
Then it died again, and I can't resurrect it this time.

So... I took it out of its case again, and wiggled everything again, but nope. Dead as a dead dodo's donger.
So it seems to be something between the board and the battery/atty connector.
I tried to get the top connector off, and it turns out that vise grips aren't real nice to those. I still couldn't get it off, but out of sheer optimism, I went to screw in a carto to see if I'd wiggled right one more time, and er... nope. I'd bent it!

So buggerit I had nothing to lose now, so I wrenched the sucker right off with abandon. The upside is that it's off, the downside is...

Anyway, now I'm looking for a new connector. Hell, I'm thinking I'll just rebuild it from scratch and make an essiemessy.

So, can anyone guide me to where I can get everything I need? I'll need at least a new top connector, and a new board - one that will fit into this frame.

Is the board lighting up when you connect a batt to it?

Yep. Last I looked before I made the thread look like a racetrack.

I'm hoping, since the wires read live on the multimeter, that it's just the connections to the business end are somehow stuffed. It doesn't make much sense, though.

Should just need a new connector then, maybe a couple new wires depending on how you go.

Be creative and put it in some sort of strange new case ....

Concurs , sounds like dodgy connector issues ... a new one and it should be ready to roll ?
