    Burning in coils

    Noon question. I was going to wait till I had a mech mod but.... Will I wreck my new Innokin SVD by burning in coils?

    not if you do it properly. plenty of clips on youtube on dry burning coils

    That link doesn't seem to work on my phone. I'm more worried about pulsing the wire to a consistent red. I'll check you tube again.

    Check resistance before dry burning.
    SVD comes with protections so the worse case is the SVD cuts the power off if there is a short.
