    MVP 2 help

    Hi,

We have a weird situation here.. So my colleague has an MVP she got around 2 weeks ago. And I got one as well for my wife. I bought the Aspire BDC maxi nova glassomizer as well for her to try.

Now the weird thing is, the Aspire glassomizer works perfectly fine on the newer (my wife's) MVP 2 but my colleague's MVP couldn't even recognize the Aspire glassomizer.

She was asking me why and I told her Im not sure. I searched and said to pull the pin but i couldnt pull the pin any further on the Aspire BDC maxi nova Glassomizer.

    Need some help, any suggestions?

Have you pulled the battery pin a smidgen. It sounds like something was screwed on a bit tight and dropped it down too far so you are not getting contact

Yes but only a smidgen. I use a tiny flat head screwdriver and lever it a bit.

You can also pull the pin out from the Aspire. It'll come out all the way if your not careful but it just pops right back in.
Had this problem a number of times myself. Just use some pointy tweezers or pliers. I use a dental pick, just stick it in the hole in the post and pull it down.

Lifting the positive pin on the MVP definitely helps! Just take the beauty ring off and as CrissCross said, just go around it with a tiny flat blade screwdriver and lift it a touch... The ohms will respond

I don't know how many people I have come acroos that have thrown coils out because they thought they were no good. It was just that centre pin on the battery or clearo.
