Rubber gloves or pliers with rubber in between and if that doesn't work put it in the freezer and try when it's cold (take out your battery first =P).

put the part that are locked in the freezer for a little while - 10 mins? then when you get it out tap it on a table or something a few times to loosen it - also when you try to unscrew it try to get a long grip around the ring rather than applying pressure in one spot

    good luck

WD-40 will help too if you can get it to the threading.

If its a nemesis clone (not sure if the same with original) if you screw off the atty the pin has a slot for a screw driver. Some other mods may have this too, so check.
Loosen the pin and it should pull apart easily.
I have had this problem with the nemy and this works everytime, which means its not really the threads being done up too tight but rather the pressure from the battery and spring is too much.
