    Kayfun Wicking Issues

So, out of nowhere, my Kayfun (Hcigar clone) has decided it doesn't want to wick (cotton) properly...

I've rewicked it twice, longer and shorter. I had a clear body on it, so i switched back to the original thinking that might help - Nothing

Also dropped back from 15W to 11W, and it only improved marginally as one would expect.

I'm top-filling (as my fill hole is screwed), and 50/50 mix.

    Any ideas?

Have you tried a primer puff? I find that a quick draw with the air hole covered tends to improve things greatly, just until you see a bubble rise.

That's not right, perhaps try tightening the airflow

If you can take a decent picture where we can see the inside (with and without chimney) im sure we can tell you why

Is the cotton too tight in your coil?? Is the cotton to long and blocking juice channels? Is there juice in the kayfun?? Lol Jk
Tighten are flow control if your using a clear tank section is It screwed in properly?

Hmmmm is it lack of airflow? I use silica but if you have to prime it every second pull it might be lack of a sealed unit.

I'm going to try a shorter wick - Its possible the channels could be getting blocked (especially with this longer wick build).

It's definitely not lack of airflow, and i did fiddle with the airflow control - I want as tight as i could go comfortably.

If i have no luck, i'll post up pics of both builds

Are you doing contact coils? I found leaving a bit of space between the coils helped with wicking a lot.

I am having the exact same issue Nasha. My Kayfun Clone turn up today and of course have been playing with it tonight and just cant seem to get it wicking properly. Have tried all the same things as you so I am interested to see what you come up with.
My Squape Clone that came at the same time I made a coil and away it went without missing a beat.
