Evod 650mAh starter kit, Innokin SVD, ProTank 2 and some of Dels Ultimate Pipe all from JuiceWhore. Efest batteries and charger from Vapeking or see supersports600 ebay store for batteries and chargers.
Don't buy the cigalikes, they are sh!t to say the least.

My advice for a newbie to get a foot in the door:

2 ego or ego twist batteries
2 stardust clearomizers and some replacement coils
    a charger
some liquid (u can only get nicotine from overseas)

I would only add, grab an extra charger for the evod starter kit

some great advice in the stickies on the new vapers thread. specially about nicotine, flavors and starter kits.

Living in Sydney, I think your best bet would be to go to the Steam-e-cigs store in Beaconsfield, they've got a good range of stuff and are happy to give you the advice you need without trying to upsell you stuff you don't need. That way your questions can be answered in real time, takes away a lot of the confusion when you can see the stuff and put it all into perspective.

If you want nicotine you'll need to order it from overseas, I buy it from Heaven Gifts in China, or Mt Baker in the US, but there's plenty of well-known and trusted vendors around, Health Cabin has a good reputation, for example.

i found the 650 nothen more then a pain.. gotter be charged like every 4 houres....

i would get 1100 or 1300 twists from helth cabin with an evod or ts3..maby a clearo to try top coil.. and there a little easer to fill for binggers...

some replasment coils..a cupple of flavours to try out.. a bottle of 36 nic....
mind you i dident like any of there flavours but there a good starting point...if there too harsh your locle helth food store will sell vg most likly..

from a locle vender get some pg, some vg.. a cupple of dubblers and some sringers..

wach some youtube clips and you be right to go....

just wach out for shiny ites.....it's very contargest

Being a noob myself, and having recently been through the same process.
The only amendment I would make to the above list, is skip the stardust clearos and get some Aspire Ce5 BDC types.
I found the performance of the stardusts (ce4) pretty average in comparison.
The Aspire BDCs only cost a couple of $ more.

I've spent far more than that on vaping ... But I like to think of the positives
Actually I don't think that's true anymore .. Savings now exceed spending .. Sweet !
Innokin SVD (dead), MVP v2 and itaste VV3 (dead), several eGo's, EHpro Kayfun Lite Plus, Aerotank Mega, Aspire Nautilus, ET-s, Mini Nova-s, CE5 BDCs .. So far
