    What's better than Boge?

So I've been using Boge Cartomizers in my Liquinator for a couple years and up until my last batch of Boges I've been happy. This last batch of Boges(3 Ohm, 2 hole) have been really subpar, they're just not wicking well and really inconsistent.

I'm getting to the end of the batch and need to order some new cartos.......and I'm not putting up with another shitty batch of Boges.

So I'm after a standard 3 Ohm pre-slotted/punched carto for my Liquinator that will give me the consistency that Boge use to have. My juice is 50/50 PG/VG.

I've been considering the Boge slotted cartos but my cousin(who's also having the same issues with his batch of Boges) said he tried them and they're no good either.

So what have people replaced their Boges with?

    Cheers

I use LR prepunched boges and they work for me. Kingsr convinced me to try the new boges so I can give you an opinion next week. They would have to be pretty good to replace what I am using at the moment.

What new Boges? Are they bringing out a new version?

    Cheers

Ooohhh, interesting. I've tried other dual coils but didn't like them much.

    Cheers

I am the same. Never found a dual coil that worked properly. But I suppose the older ones had full length polyfil and always vaped a bit dry for me. I am open to the concept of a new carto if they don't work it not very much it they do then that great.

Its funny, some love the slotted and they work brilliant and are a catro tank users dream, But on the other hand like you said your cousin hates them. I love them and havent had any real problems except that they sometimes leave excess liquid/condensation when you take your drip tip off due to the looser poly fill and wadding material inside.

Nah Boge had a dodgey batches recently. Getting slotted still. Might give these new ones a go.

Yeah, I've been thinking of trying the slotted ones as I reckon they should wick better.

I noticed the last batch were really slow to soak up the juice into the filling when filling in the end. It's like they packed the filling tighter or it's a more dense filling.
So my theory is that the larger opening of the slot should allow the filling to wick easier. As long as it doesn't go the other way and flood.

Anyone have flooding with the slotted Boges?
And those that are enjoying the slotted Boges, what's your PG/VG ratio?

I did change from a 1/3rd VG to 1/2 VG, but not sure if that coincided with the new batch of Boges.

    Cheers

Just checked out this review of the Boge slotted
    http://youtu.be/nJbaCzpYrFY

Looser filling, so it wicks faster. He's a also a 50% VG user and had issues like I am having with the hole Boges.
