Hippo V2 tank Vs M1 protank

    Gday all

Im wondering if the Hippo V2 is worth it. Price not problem.

But is it much more of an air draw? Say on a cartotank.

Anyone tried both a Hippo/tank Vs one of those M1 protanks?

I like the fact that the Hippo comes in brass and is adjustable, put off a bit by it's height.

I like the single form factor of the M1.

    Airflow may be the decider.

    Thanks for any input.

    cheers Bob

I've got the hippo v1 and it worked a treat. It made a lot of tanks vapeable on the provari that weren't before. I don't know much about the v2 but I presume it would be an improved version?

    Thanks steve.

Another thing, Hippo has adjustable 510 pin which may be handy for different atty's.

Have you the M1 pro beauty ring? If so have you had any probs with it?

Er, I don't know which one it is. It's not a beauty ring, it's the one with the air holes and is pushed on to the 510 connection after screwing the 510 connection in. The you rotate it for different airflow holes. As far as I know the 510 pin on mine isn't adjustable.

Bob I have v1's because I don't need the airflow that v2 gives you. I use tank height on the carto to adjust airflow.
My hippos do have adjustable pins and work brilliantly. I prefer them to straight beauty rings because they are attached to the provari.

I have that setup in SS and I think it looks smart. The thing I like is that if you want to wrap a mini the extension cap gets in the way because you unscrew to change batteries. With the tatroe rings the battery goes in the bottom like a normal mod. More options.

The brass would look really nice.
