New Batteries - Old Atties - One works one doesn't

    hey guys.

got two atties i'm trying in my mechanicals with new VTC5's freshly charged. I've previously been using a kick, and tonight i've pulled out the svd for testing and cleaning the atties

one atty is setup at 2.2ohms (way too high) but fires fine without the kick.

the other atty is a dual coil build measuring 0.9 ohms on the svd and 1 ohm on the ohm's meter.

i wanted to run the 0.9 ohm atty on the mech with fresh VTC5's but i can't get it to fire.

would that mean that it's shorting? is the circuitry in the svd still allowing it to fire? it fires fine in the svd.

    cheers

I don't need squat for ages, i just went shopping.
