first external battery mod - safety question

hey guys i just brought a ipv2 revised version, first step up from the mvp, when i got it i scoured the net looking for the sony vtc5's but theyre all out of stock? and a lot of places say to only buy them from reputable vendors..
anyway i brought the closest thing i could from the site i was on but its a Efest Flat Top High Drain 35A 18650 2500mAh Battery have any of you tried one of these i noticed it says not to use over 30amps but will it work? (i wasnt going to just stick it in and see i just figured id use it in a future mod if not) would this be safe to use?

If no one has the sonys, get these
2 X LG ICR 18650 HE2 2500mAh High Current Rechargeable Lithium ION Batteries | eBay

That's the same battery as the efest purple 35A (efest just lie about the current rating)

Yeah you'll be right, the efest battery is just the LG HE2 rewrapped.
