And what battery is good for 30A input?

Edit: Any 2 balanced 18650s that can do 15A each.

Hey Gruff You need a 30 amp battery like the sony vtc5 the ipv3 runs the batts in series so voltage is double but amps remain the same. Only when running batteries parallel the amps double

I have one gotta say it performs awesome no jumps or spikes on the ohm or voltage readings. much better design everything sits flush solid allen screws
even tho people might prefer magnets. all my clone attys has sit flush compare to my ipv2. I have to see what other reviewers have to say about this device on
the negative side of things. It's one solid performing device, but 150 watts can be dangerous, I found the best way for me to use 150 watt without any flamage is a quad coil setup with solid wicking, I use Japanese cotton. That being said its one hot vape after 5-6 sec pulls lol.. between 100-120watts is my sweet spot. One more thing VTC 5 sony battery's I ordered a new set of the black nipple version off supersports600, they fit well in the ipv3 for those who are interested.

Mate I think they ordered direct from manufacturer, I know tarn wrote somewhere he was lucky to order through them

Im not sure why they would choose it to be so secretive about it
Didnt realise vaping could be so elitest but whatever

More than you and I will ever know. I say that from stuff I've read.

What the hell you need 150 watts for is beyond me.

Frankly methinks they doth ask to much of their batteries.....
