    Mechs connection and batteries

So I was just seen one of my mates whom has just brought themselves their first mech.

He was sitting there vaping away and gave it to me to try. me being anal I had a quick check of his coils to see if they looked ok and I opened it up to see what battery he was using,
Good battery (VtC5) but he had it in upside down......

Now can anyone shed some light on this for me was it because in a mech as long as u are completing the circuit then it'll work?

Yes a circuit through a coil will work either way, same with light globes

Probably still a good idea to get in the habit of putting them in pos up just to be pedantic so then there is no mess up with other mods that require the correct way.

Depends on the mod. Gus hits harder flipping the battery, whereas a GP will just keep firing. All to do with the insulators and the switch
