Is it an unwritten code in atomiser design?

Doesn't matter what brand, clone or genuine. You give it a good clean, do a nice build. Enjoy a good vape and it comes time to do some work on it like merely change the cotton you go to dismantle it and everything is so f*#king tight!!!!

And I make sure I assemble gently. Is there an atty gremlin I have not been told about????

Probably to do with the repeated heating and cooling and different expansion rates for different components of the atty.

that's my guess, and I'm sticking to it.

Hot/cold cycles will tend to seize things up.

Especially if there is Stainless Steel involved or dissimilar materials as they expand and contract at slightly different rates. What Altered said.

That's funny. Same thing happens to me and I just thought I was a klutz. Never thought to ask anyone else.

Thank goodness this is out in the open, I just thought it was my gammy old hands.
I think the other unwritten code is to make the air hole too small so we have to drill them out.
Oh & another one where the coil screws on the deck are too small to grip the wire.
Geez I think I could go on & on. Its a bit like these atty's are designed by engineers & not vapers.
We should have a girl design one, I bet it would be perfect.

LOL what about the leaping little screws. You have control and then ping they are off to the other side of the room. You hear them land but bugger if you can see them with dodgy eyes.

Not to mention the ever disappearing o-rings. I had thought about heating and cooling but it always seem to be the part of the tank least prone to that, like getting the 'effin' top cap off, or the plastic tank.
