Question 510 threaded caps and plugs

There are times I want to carry spare 510 threaded batteries, and would like to cap them so there is no risk of electrical shorts. Other times I want to carry spare 510 threaded tanks and cartos, some of which tend to leak from the bottom, so would like to plug them using a 510 threaded plug.

Are there any such caps & plugs available?

If not, would it be practical (re. fine tolerances in the threads) to 3D print them?

I have some of this and you could make a threaded plug with it.

Niice. Can you make more of the caps for the bottom of the tanks? If so, at what price per unit? I'd like around 10.

Sorry I am not in a position to produce this stuff. I just knock this stuff out for my own amusement, usually when drunk!!

That's a pity. If only there were more girls next door with bicycles, ..and you were a hopeless drunk.

    Interesting..

    It sets fairly solid right?

And you can make a good thread from it (I was thinking of screwing the intended part into it as it cooled)?

Yes it sets solid and wis white (can use inks to color) I would just pack an old battery connection and let it dry. Then twist out.
