    Genesis recommendation

    Hey guys and girls.
I know I said that my billet box was going to be my only device but I think I have changed my mind.

I have had a few genesis hybrids and I never got mesh working right for me. I got good results with a ss rope mesh combo but I see everyone raving about just mesh so I want to give it another crack.

Just want some advice on what is a good atty to get and do you recommend using on a mech or vv/vw mod.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm quite liking this mini mega that came yesterday.

Dids are good too, nice and easy to setup.

A lot of it is just time and perseverance.

    Unless you're Brian of course.

anyone have opinions on rsm hybrids?
My first choice was a nauhlon or a hf but then I would have to buy something for it to sit on as I just sold everything bar my billet box.

nothing wrong with ss rope wick. I use it in almost all my gennies. Other ones I use is mesh wick in wick in the inax. ss rope wicks real good, hence why on a vw you can bump up the wattage. Good flavour would be the sat22

What 18350's are people using these days too.
I think some of my problem with mesh is the juice I use to use was high vg.

RSST is my favourite atty. Although it has a couple of leaks that need a fix before they're right. Big 3.5mm insulatedwick hole. Spring wire retainer positive post. The SS rope/mesh works really well, but I find I have to up the wattage as the cable seems to take a bit more to heat up. I'm rolling up 10mm of mesh to about 1mm with a bit of a bendon the end. Then about 25mm of mesh around that to about 2.5mm. Seems to wick a lot better than say one 35mm piece wrapped. Using a 50/50 mix.
