I have some coming in from fasttech, hoping they are the right size for the Russian... Should be in over the next week or so.
If they work I will let you know and can mail some over.

Why not just measure the screw to get an idea of what size is needed? I read somewhere people have used the centre post mini O-ring I think, sorry though not having either atty I don't know the size.

Have you tried some PTFE thread tape or a small amount of dental floss as a short term work-around, but best way would be to measure the O-ring or screw you wish to place O-ring on for correct size.

I think those ones you got from Fasttech will be a bit large BatDan, I have a feeling at a rough guess you would be roughly looking at about a 2mm (internal diameter) x 1mm (thickness) O-ring. No idea on external sizing, but really just measure the fill screw for size and then get smallest thickness I would think will do the trick.

I would think 4mm will be way too large but as I said, I've not seen the atty's in question.

edit: just a thought, paint ball supplies might be a place to get such small O-rings from or hit eBay. I can't see anything that small on Fasttech myself but others may have a better search.

Try these, It's the best I could find Mini Small Rubber Washer O Ring FOR Watch Crown FOR Waterproof Watches Seals | eBay

Small size O-rings are hard to find locally, there are specialist suppliers around but hard to locate.

I just use countersunk screws in all my KFs without o'rings. No leaks. Purchased a poop load of c/s screws ages ago from Stainless Steel shop.
Read somewhere that a suitable o'ring can be found in side a disposable lighter. ie mt it smash it
    Browny and Oldhead like this.

Fasttech order arrived today, the o rings are a perfect fit on the Russian.
Screw tightens down fine with no overhang. FTW
