    New hardware advice needed

I currently use 2 joyetech ego c 900mah batteries (not vv) and the small plastic tanks that came with the kit which I fill with juice. This set up has done me fine but I'm looking to purchase a new tank system.

I've been googling lots but still need advice, my head was scrambled today with watts, volts and ohms.

I vape quite a lot throughout the day so found the tank system worked well for me and I don't have time for dripping.

First of all, are my batteries adequate as they are not vv to work with the likes of the delta 2 & kanger mini or do I need to upgrade them?? Will they fit?? Is the voltage ok?

I'd like to upgrade the batteries at some point but for the moment I'm wanting to sort out the tank part.

With my ego c, I can purchase spare atomiser heads should I need them.
Is it the same with the clearomisers, do I need spare parts in case anything fails? I noticed that you can buy coils, I'm presuming it's a similar idea.
I noticed you can rebuild them which I don't want to do at the moment, it'll just confuse me more.

I'm looking to order asap, and I was going to do it today but I really needed some advice first, I wasn't sure what would work with my batteries....

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks, Nick

This is what I recommend for new vapers.
Get a 30watt istick, and a Silo Tank, with a packet of Nautilus BVC coils.
If you have juice, you'll get months of vaping from this kit.

Young Nick, much depends on budget!
The Silos come in at $40 each, with 5 extra BVC coils, another $16.50.
You can get something cheaper, but it will not be as good.

disley - have you got shares in islick?
    The 30watt islick is good,
but as with anything that has a inbuilt battery, you will need two of them.
So while one is charging, you can use the other.
Plus when the battery finally dies - toss it & get next years model.

If you won Lotto last night
Grab a Charger, some good batteries, a SXmini M Class, a couple of Silos, a couple of Sub type tanks, with extra coils

If you didn't win Lotto last night
Grab a second hand Mod from AVFs For sale: Vaping Related & a Charger with some good batteries.
And a couple of Silos, with extra coils

Don't grab a mech just yet, wait to get some more experience first.
But the batteries & charger will set you up for when you are ready to use a mech.

Box or Tube ... It's up to you ?
Vapor Shark make a good box
    ProVari make a good tube
Both aren't cheap, but they last.

Why get something that lasts ?
Chances are, you want to keep your first Mod

Unfortunately I didn't win the lottery, however I did take disley's advice and purchased the items that were recommended (not told my wife though).
I'm now eagerly awaiting the postman which will probably arrive next week :/

When you're coming from spending $20 a day on cigarettes, a $100 is only 5 days or even a week of smoking, you'll get months of vaping from these items for that price.
The Silo Tank is one of the best tanks around for +ohm vaping. I think it's the best.
The istick has the pass through feature, so there's no waiting for it to charge, you can vape while it's plugged in to the computer charging, or any power source.
Let us know how you go nick, they should be delivered very soon if you ordered them from the east coast.
Give the coil ten minutes to soak up the juice before trying to vape, as it has to be primed.
All of us have burnt the occasional coil, by not waiting for it to soak up the juice.
I have bought all types of tanks and mods with built in batteries and removable batteries, for the price the 30watt istick is one of the best.
I use mine constantly everyday, and have done for months, since they were first released, and it still performs flawlessly.

I still use the Silo tank everyday, and have done since the beginning of last September, and I've bought most tanks that have come on the market since the Silo Tank, and it's still as good as many of the sub ohm tanks, and better than some.
I have it set on 14watts and it produces lots of cool vape.
What's so good is it feels as close to smoking a cigarette as any vaping device I've tried, making it a great tank to stop smoking with.
Everyone that owns one will say how good it is.
