Egrip help: taste funny, not the coils fault

    hi all

    apologies for poor grammar

i was wondering if y'all came across of this, but recently my egrip has been tasting badly, like plastic.
I am sure that its not the coil as I have thoroughly primed both fresh coils on rba and disposables. I have flushed the device with water and used cotton buds to wipe the insides as much as possible and still not avail.

ive read that dirt and juice can go into various holes and that can affect the taste.

the device is about 6 months old now.

    any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried half filling the tank with very warm soapy water & screw the base back in & give it a good shake. Then flush it out a few times with plain very warm water?

Not having an egrip , but always willing to chuck an idea in ... warm water with a say 10% of vinegar neutralises a lot of funky stuff ... dose shake , dose shake , rinse well .. it certainly cant hurt

If the taste is plasticy it could be your Eliquid being a bit acidic. Can you get to orings and insulators and change them out.
