    Veppo vex battery charge issues

I just upgraded my electronic cigarette to a vaporiser. So I purchased the veppo vex 3300mah starter kit. Big battery longer lasting. That's only if I can get the battery to charge. I got a new adapter for the charger, plugged it in with the battery and the light is constant red. It never turns green. I put it in the vex vaporiser to check battery % and it's low as, so it hasnt been charging at all.
I have contacted veppo, waiting for their reply. thought I put a post here and see if I can get any advice or if anyone is having same issues.

How did you find the veppo company?
What made you choose to buy the equipment they sell?

They have a lot of variety, electronic cigs, both auto and manual, and vaporisers of all sizes. But I'm having problem with their batteries. Never last long and just stop working. Now this vaporiser is driving me insane.

You can buy a charger to fit that battery, locally for a few dollars.

Do the batteries have a brand on them.
PS put your location in your profile, there might be someone close that can help.

Its probably the charger, I went through several of the old ego style chargers when I used to use them, same issue with the green light not coming on to indicate it was making contact.
