Looking for a good ohm meter, any suggestions would be great.

Okay, as the title states im after a good ohm meter that is extremely accurate. I've tried a few cheaper ones and im currently using a USA ohm meter but I want something better coz I kinda feel like it's not accurate enough...
Been looking at the friday morning meters but they are pricey, any other suggestions?

how low do you intend to go ?

If you start playing in the insane range (0.0?) most ohm meters start to struggle.
you could go a milliohm meter, incredibly accurate but expensive as hell.

i use this ohm meter its good down to 0.1, struggles lower though.

If your looking for a home made solution you can do what I did and get a Fluke Multimeter and solder up the 510pin on your existing box - a couple of banana plugs and your good to go. that way you can ditch the probes from the meter and just screw it in like normal. The Fluke are an awesome (and expensive) multimeter but you get what you pay for.

Which one did you go for Ivan?
And did I really see in the specs that the margin of error is O.1 Ohm that seems a bit high for a "precision" Ohm reader.

It might be a bit late to be of any use to you IvanDOTJ but incase you are still interested or anyone else is......

I received a newsletter today that had this deal in it......

    Coil Master 521 Tab $39.99
Coil Master 521 Tab - Coil Master

Havent seen any reviews or anything but it looks pretty good to me. At a quick glance it seems to have more features
    than the r-tab
