I not sure on the weight, its not listed in the specs, but apparently it is 'solid'

    From a google...
Question: is this one still quite a heavily made mod like the v1 ?,it was bullet proof

Answer from manufacturer: The build quality is just like the previous versions V1 and V2, very solid, but with the extra refinements.

    Listed specs are:
18650 VV/VW Firebox Squonker 50w mod bottom feeding device with 18650 battery and RDA.

Loads of improvements with the 50w version, and features a smart RDA.

    • 10ml (standard size) Bottle Liquid supply system

    • Improved easier fire button; with 3 button system.

    • Variable Wattage: 5-50W (1.5V-9V)

    • Stainless 510 connection with brass spring loaded centre post

    • Micro USB charge port added

    • Improved OLED display

    • Now will fire as low as 0.2 ohm

    • Battery charge indicator / Ohm resistance meter

    • Uses 18650 battery (included)

    • Improved stainless steel RDA with adjustable airflow

    • Vented battery compartment

Available in pearly nickel or gunmetal black graphite chrome.

I know the Kangxin chipset has had good reviews for Mini VF and VF . . . so not really gambling with that - I seem to remember seeing a YouTube review where they pointed out a few issues with the chipset in the Firebox . .

    Just my 2c .. .
Good to know I haven't stumbled across the negative chipset reviews.
I have been looking at the unbranded Inoy, for the price you cant really go wrong with it.

The case is the same, but this looks to have a different chip and different button.

From memory they were near on 400g! Solid as hell but not really in a good way as they would still split open if you dropped it.

Edit : yep it is the later version of the one I have. This is the manufacturer.
