I can't comment yet as it's still ETA 9 days from Fasttech

Video reviews however aren't too bad.... doesn't sound excessively loud and apparently you can close off airflow enough for MTL if necessary:

    Fast forward to about 1'30"

I got one from VE and it should arrive tomorrow. I hope it's not noisy like its big brother, otherwise it will go in the classies for the DL crowd. Tell me the Avo isn't noisy? Have one of those coming too, lol.

I love that Richard Ng guy! He makes me want smile. (From single's video).

But I don't understand what he means when he's doing the build about having the legs on the top or the bottom of the coil. He has a prewrapped coil with the legs on the bottom, then he wraps a new coil with the legs on the top (or visa versa). But can't you just e original build over and have the legs on the top???!!! It makes me feel like I am missing something very important....

This guy explains it all.... If I remember correctly he even shorts it.

Safety is everything, coiling to suit the build deck with such a tight area makes it a bit easier.

If the legs are facing the same direction you can just turn it over but if the legs are facing opposite directions when you turn it over it won't line up any more. Its like a C vs a Z, if you turn the C upside down it is still exactly the same but if you turn a Z upside down it ends up backwards.

The guide is the coil should face up and both legs opens at the bottom.
make sure the grub screws properly catches the leg (centred), if it doesn't you could wind the screws fully tight and the leg would still be lose.

I have one and yes it is noisy... on quarter open air control it as noisy as a full open Kanger mini
Might be cause of the bell shaped chimney cap , it gives it a funnel echo effect

I suppose it depends on what you call noisy but I wouldn't say it is. It's a different sound to the Kanger mini but I don't think it's any louder.
I'm a mouth to lunger though and don't take massive draws so maybe for a lung hitter it'll make more noise.
At least it's got no whistle. I really like it and it's quite tiny.
