    Radius bottom plate screws

Just wondering if anyone knows of any local suppliers where I might get one of the screws to hold the battery plate on the provari radius.

Provape has them for around 8 bucks which is fine but they want 48 bucks to ship it ....aint happening.

I have one on there atm so it is still usable. I lost the other one on a late night out

Thanks in advance for any replies

If you can measure the screw then see if these folks have them. Great service and you can go through the search easily. I presume that being US the measurements will be imperial.

Any chance of doing a group order for bits and sharing postage costs. Or going through shopmate. Still will be $27 odd bucks but it might be an opportunity to get spare.

Also can any of the local vendors order in with their shop orders

Yes I agree there is USB charging, which is fine if you have a backup to be going on with while charging.

I have a lawnmower with a similar thumb screw set up for removing an inspection panel. Remove once every 12 month service. These screws are retained and you would need to loose the panel to loose the screws.

I still say a little thought at the design stage would have solved the problem, but then there would be no market for the overpriced spare ones that are available. The fact they are available indicates the OP is not the only one with the problem.

Yes bit more thought wouldn't have hurt from provape ,

I bought spares from provape when I Originally purchased as I could see it being a problem.

Mine is used by my wife in the evenings to have a Tootle Puff so no biggy to charge by USB,

I HAVE ACTUALLY LOST ONE BUT FOUND IT now I have a tiny O-Ring on each one.
