Help with ijoy 5 510 screw please

Hi guys first post as I just found the forum, a lot of great info will b 📖 a lot over next few nights lol. I just bought my first set up but have some how lost my 510 screw on the bottom of my tank. I'm wondering if any one knows if I can fix or its a throw out? Unsure how to include pics but I'm sure you guys will know the part I'm talking about thank you

I assume you're talking about the screw?

What tank is it? You have to match both the thread and the length of the screw.

ETA: if you dropped it on the floor, use a bright flash light right down on the floor to try and spot it. If it's not brass you could also try a magnet, though only some stainless steels are magnetic.

Pictures would really help, hard to identify the problem when we can't see it. Try using xomf -Image host

I think that's a long shank screw that holds it all together. It should not have fallen out on it's own.

(long brass screw on the right)

It does not appear to be available on it's own, and the base+screw only does not appear to be available either. You might have to replace the hole thing. Keep the rest of it though - you might be able to get the screw or base+screw at some stage.

I'm thinking it was already loose. You might have turned the top part taking it off which might have loosened it more, then unscrewing the base might have loosened it all the way. I still think you'll find it on the floor if you can remember where you were when you unscrewed it the last time.
