Why is squonking giving me a heavy sore chest.

Hey all i started squonking a few weeks ago and i have noticed my chest has become very heavy and a little sore at times. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I seem to be noticing it more since i got my pulse 22 which puts out some pretty decent clouds even at around 1.0 ohm at 17w.
Just wondering if i should down my nic up the ohms or is it something else. Except for that im loving the flavor and clouds that rbas are putting out. Any help would be great thx all.🖒

Are you running higher VG juices?

Are you going through more high VG juice because of your new found love?

    Just a couple of ideas.

Yeah... what Moose said. When I moved onto higher VG for sub ohm, my chest hurt for a while. Still can, occasionally, if I chain vape too much.

I halved my nic content when I started squonking.

Yeah i am going through around the same amount of juice maybe a little more kept my vg ratio around the same 35/65 pg vg. Nic at 6mg was wondering if this might be it? Ive read that most rba users go pretty low on the nic. Am i vaping more i think i am but not a ludicrous amount more.

Try mallee's idea and vape 3mg for a bit. Keep an eye on your usage though. If I try halving my nic, my usage goes up threefold.

If no glory, up your nic again and try 50/50.

I do think if you have not had a VG issue in the past, it could well just be a short term thing, while your body adjusts to becoming a squonking god. Unlike those flat-earthers stuck in a treebox.

Clouds don't agree with me. 20 years of smoking didn't prep them properly for that sort of treatment.

    His vengeance will come.

And when it does, it will be swift and full of fury.

That is the only reason I am currently wearing this ludicrously uncomfortable cast iron girdle.
