    What charger to buy?

    Hi all,

After a 4 bay charger. Have a Treebox, Pico, and mech clone. Have been looking online, but can't decide. Any recommendations? Thanks.

    Gaz.

    Im answering because:

    1) I saw the word TreeBox
    2) I love my Xtar charger, but NiteCore are also worth looking into

Ebay will usually be cheaper than anywhere else

I'm currently running an Efest LUC V6 and it's doing a fine job as far as chargers go. I've had the nitecore chargers too.. they're good. Xtar are meant to be a good brand too... so it really comes down to what you want it to do. What extra features do you want it to have etc...

Yep had a soshine given to me but it died after first use was apparently 'new'. I had my Xtar VC4 die 2 days ago after about a year (max). Back to using my Xtar WP2 which only has one bay working... Thinking of a cheapie next just to see how it goes lol.

NiteCore used to overcharge, the newer ones apparently actually stop charging when the battery is fully charged...actually stopping when the battery is charged is why i bought my first Xtar, because at the time it was one of very few to do this
